Title: Monk's Chicken Pesto

1lbChicken
1 Head of broccoli
2pkKnorr Pesto sauce
  Extra virgin olive oil
1lbPasta (fettucini, spaghetti,
  Linguini, any long pasta)
  Basil
  Garlic powder
3/4cFlour

Wash chicken breasts. Mix about 3/4 cup flour, basil, garlic powder. Coat chicken with this mixture. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done. Cook pasta in boiling water. When drained, sprinkle a little basil and garlic powder into pasta and mix. Steam broccoli. Make Knorr's pesto sauce -- 2 envelopes worth. Chop chicken into small pieces.
